ELI Assessment
The ELI (Energy Leadership Index) Assessment is a one-of-a-kind research-backed attitudinal assessment.
Bruce D. Schneider and iPEC created the assessment, which is available through certified iPEC coaches, such as our founder, Anna Angelova.
The ELI is based on an energy/action model. Unlike personality assessments such as Myers Briggs and D.I.S.C., it is not intended to label you and have you work well within that label (e.g., being an introvert).
Instead, it measures your level of energy based on your attitude and perspective of your world. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered. And when you alter your perspective, you make a shift in your consciousness and increase your energy as a result.
There are no limits to the potential growth you can achieve. Once you realize that your energy and level of consciousness are directly related to your actions, you can move from doing well to functioning optimally!

How it Works
Once you click the button below, you will have the opportunity to choose when to have your ELI Results Debiref Session.
Choose a date and time that works for you and gives you ample time to complete the ELI Assessment.
Once you choose the date and time, you will be prompted to pay the $250 fee to schedule the session.
After paying and scheduling the session, look for an email inviting you to take the ELI Assessment.
Once you see the email, you can take the ELI Assessment at your convenience. It’s an online assessment and it takes no more than 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
You will receive your ELI Results Report before the Debrief Session. Feel free to check the information in preparation for the conversation.
The Debrief Session is a 90-minute review of the ELI Results and what they mean for your productivity, focus, and fulfillment.
At the end of the session, you will have an opportunity to decide whether you want to continue with the Focus & Fulfillment coaching program. If you decide to enrol in the coaching program, the ELI Assessment fee will be applied to the Focus & Fulfillment price.
