How did I get here?
The spark which ignited the flame
Leficomp was born out of a compelling vision. I, Anna Angelova, was pondering my decision to start a coaching company. Where would it lead? How will I be able to make it happen? Who am I to even be trying this? And isn’t a coaching practice a fancy word for a job?
These were the voices in my head, and you can guess it correctly – I was not the one who had the idea which started it all.
Jores, my partner and a business owner himself, was the one who mentioned the boutique company. And as it happens in the movies, this ignited a fire in my mind and heart. This was the answer. Leficomp Business Systems Inc. will be a boutique business and leadership coaching company created with a clear purpose and perfect layout from the outset.
And the rest is history, as the saying goes. Or not so fast…
Laying the foundations
Long before that illuminating moment in the one-bedroom condo (a.k.a. the first headquarters), my experiences set the foundations of the dream. I was born and raised in Bulgaria and somehow found myself studying at Rotman in the Morning MBA program. I had dreamed of studying abroad, specifically in England, but I never imagined living in North America! This was the world from the Hollywood movies, not my dream! And yet, here I was, experiencing something unique and mind-blowing.
The MBA program was one of the best experiences of my life. I was introduced to a completely different world full of ideas to innovate, grow, expand, and make a difference. And yet, something was missing at that time…
The iPEC coaching experience
Picture this – it’s late 2014, and I come to Canada for the MBA program. This program will help me change and become a more open and confident woman who can one day be a CIO.
Fast forward three years down the road to June 2018. I have graduated, but I’m more or less the same Anna. I’m still at the same job, working for the same employer. What happened?
It doesn’t matter what happened because nothing changed. Nothing changed until late 2019 when I started my iPEC journey. And this is the one program that transformed me and helped me realize what I was born to do. Through the coaching training at iPEC, I discovered my purpose and the strength to create the life I want.
Leficomp
Leficomp, which stands for Level Five Company, was born because of this coaching experience. Change comes from within and expands the mind in a strong, eye-opening, and lasting way.
We are all leaders. The question is only whether you lead by default or by choice.
To become the leader you were born to be requires you to show courage. It’s also a choice: by default or by choice. Going with the flow or standing out.
You can choose to be a leader. You can choose to live a wonderful life. Because you are extraordinary.
