Anna founded Leficomp to address a gap she repeatedly observed in growing businesses: strategy without structure, or systems without leadership evolution.
With an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and certification as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, she works with profitable solopreneurs navigating structural growth. Her focus is aligning leadership discipline, business architecture, and long-term performance.
Anna’s work centers on helping founders transition from operating their company to designing it, strengthening decision clarity, delegation readiness, and strategic sequencing required for sustainable scale.

Jores Minasvand – Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Jores brings over three decades of experience in systems architecture, digital transformation, and operational design.
His background spans complex infrastructure and technology strategy, where stability, scalability, and disciplined execution are non-negotiable. Within Thrive360, he focuses on translating strategic clarity into structural design, ensuring that systems, tools, and workflows support growth without introducing fragility.
He is known for precision, calm analysis, and the ability to simplify complexity without oversimplifying it.
