Meet the Founders
We're Anna Angelova and Jores Minasvand, co-founders of Leficomp.
Together, we bring experience across leadership, strategy, finance, systems, technology, and business operations, giving us a broad perspective on how the different parts of a business work together.
We're also building our own Visionary Business and navigating many of the same decisions, challenges, and uncertainties as the founders we work with.
Anna Angelova
For most of my life, I followed the traditional roadmap and I was pretty good at it. I graduated at the top of my class from a mathematics high school in Sofia, built a career in information systems, data, and analytics, and later earned my MBA from the Rotman School of Management.
But I've always been curious about the bigger picture. I wanted to understand why we were doing something, how the different pieces of the business worked together, and whether there was a better way.
Eventually, I realized that I'd spent years becoming very good at following someone else's roadmap without ever stopping to create my own.
That realization now sits at the heart of my work. I help founders become Visionary Business Leaders who decide what they want to build, understand their business as a whole, make thoughtful decisions, and learn and adapt along the way.
I'm on that journey too, building my own Visionary Business and creating the life I want it to make possible.

Jores Minasvand
My path has been anything but traditional. I arrived as a refugee in Canada in my early twenties with very little and had to build a new life from the ground up.
I worked in warehouses and other jobs before finding my way into technology. What started as an opportunity became a career spanning databases, systems architecture, technology solutions, and eventually helping organizations connect their business needs with the right technology.
Along the way, I also learned that security doesn't always come from having a traditional job. I built a career as a contractor, raised a family on a single income, and learned to take responsibility for creating the financial freedom and stability I wanted for my family.
That experience shapes how I think about business today. I start with what the business is trying to accomplish and then look at how technology, systems, and better decisions can help make it possible.
Now I'm bringing that experience to Leficomp as we build our own Visionary Business and help other founders build theirs.
