When using third-party AI tools, we seek to use business-grade services with appropriate privacy and data protection controls. We limit the confidential information shared with AI systems and do not intentionally use confidential client information for the purpose of training public AI models.

AI may be used to assist with the transcription, summarization, or analysis of meetings where appropriate. Meeting recording and transcription are subject to the applicable meeting platform, privacy practices, and participant permissions.

Participants in group programs may not introduce third-party AI recording, transcription, or meeting-assistant tools without prior permission.

Our handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

AI-Assisted Content

AI may assist us with certain marketing and educational content, including editing, repurposing, research, and visual creation.

We remain responsible for the content we publish. Our ideas, methodologies, professional judgment, and recommendations are developed and overseen by people, even when AI tools assist with parts of the process.

We do not use AI to create fabricated client testimonials or to impersonate clients, employees, or other real individuals.

AI Tools Provided to Clients

Some Leficomp programs, products, or resources may include access to AI-powered tools or resources designed to support learning, planning, implementation, or business development.

Outputs generated directly by these tools may be produced without individual review by Leficomp. AI-generated information can contain errors, omissions, or inappropriate recommendations and should be reviewed critically before being relied upon or implemented.

These tools are intended to support your thinking and decision-making. You remain responsible for evaluating their outputs and determining whether they are appropriate for your circumstances.

Professional Advice

AI-generated or automated outputs provided through our tools, resources, or educational materials are provided for general informational and educational purposes.
