Both. We combine coaching and consulting throughout the engagement. There are times when business owners need guidance, perspective, and support in making decisions. There are other times when they need practical recommendations, frameworks, and implementation advice. Thrive360 brings both together to help business owners create meaningful and lasting change.

Do I Need To Complete All Three Phases?

No. Every Thrive360 engagement begins with Strategic Alignment. This phase provides the clarity, roadmap, and strategic foundation that guide all future decisions and actions. After completing Strategic Alignment, some business owners choose to implement the plan independently. Others continue into Systems Transformation and Performance Excellence for additional support with implementation, leadership development, and long-term business improvement. The latter phases are optional, but Strategic Alignment is the starting point for every Thrive360 journey.

How Long Does Thrive360 Take?

Strategic Alignment is a focused two-week engagement. Systems Transformation typically lasts between 6 and 24 months, depending on the complexity of the business and the pace of implementation. Performance Excellence generally lasts between 6 and 12 months and focuses on long-term performance, leadership, and continuous improvement.

How Much Does Thrive360 Cost?

Strategic Alignment is a fixed-fee engagement. The current investment is $1,000 and includes the business assessment, strategic working sessions, ELI Assessment and debrief, 3-Year Growth Blueprint, 6–12 Month Execution Roadmap, and 90-Day Action Plan. Systems Transformation and Performance Excellence are ongoing implementation engagements. Investment depends on the level of support required, complexity of the business, and scope of the work. Engagements typically start at $1,500 per month.

How Much Time Will Thrive360 Require?

Strategic Alignment is the most intensive phase because we are building the foundation for everything that follows. Most business owners should expect to invest between 10 and 20 hours over the two-week engagement. The exact amount depends on the size and complexity of the business, as well as the number of people involved in the process. Systems Transformation and Performance Excellence are designed to fit alongside the ongoing demands of running a business. These phases typically include a focused one-hour consulting session each week. In addition, business owners and their teams should expect to spend time implementing agreed-upon priorities and initiatives. For most businesses, this means dedicating at least 5 hours per week to implementation, though the actual time commitment varies based on the goals being pursued and the pace of change.
