1. No Spam or Self-Promotion
   This is not a marketplace. No ads, unsolicited offers, or recruiting (publicly or via private messages). Posts promoting your own products or services will be removed.

2. Keep It Original & Valuable
   Share insights, experiences, and thoughtful questions. Avoid dropping random links, copy-pasted content, or unverified advice. Quality contributions only.

3. Respect & Kindness First
   We are all here to grow. Treat others with courtesy and professionalism. Healthy debate is welcome; personal attacks or disrespect are not.

4. Confidentiality Matters
   What’s shared in this community stays here. Respect members’ privacy and trust. Do not share posts, stories, or discussions outside the group.

5. Stay on Topic
   This group is for business growth, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Off-topic posts (politics, religion, irrelevant memes, etc.) will be removed.

6. No Video or Link Dumping
   To maintain quality, we do not allow random videos, affiliate links, or event promos. Written posts, structured insights, and resourceful discussions only.

7. Give More Than You Take
   This is a collaborative space. Ask questions, but also contribute solutions, encouragement, and support for others.

8. Zero Tolerance for Harassment
   Bullying, discrimination, or predatory behavior (including private-message solicitations) will result in immediate removal.

9. Follow Admin Guidance
   Admins may remove posts or members that violate these rules. Repeated offenses = permanent removal.
